Parents seeking admission for their child should note the following:

1. The minimum age for admission in Nursery is 3 years and onward for other classes.
2. Application for admission is accepted only on the prescribed form.
3. Selection formalities will be done at St Thomas Mission School, Sector – H, Jankipuarm, Lucknow.
4. All entries should be legible. Incomplete and illegible application will be rejected.
5. A Copy of Birth Certificate from municipal / Gram Panchayat / Bapstism Certificate at the time of admission (for pre – primary classes) original T.C. signed by the Education Officer / School authority (for class- 1 onwards) should be submitted.
6. Any change in child’s date of birth and name will not be accepted at a later stage.
7. Affix a recent passport size photograph and family photo on the space provided.
8. The management secure the right of admission / rejection without giving any reason/ explaining.
